These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the platform and services operated by Medomeet Healthtech Private Limited (CIN: U82990HR2026PTC144258), registered at 957/14, Gali No. 8, Amargarh Gamri, Kaithal, Haryana – 136027, India (“Medomeet”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing or using medomeet.com, our mobile applications, or our WhatsApp services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Platform.

2. Description of Services

Medomeet provides:

• An OPD appointment booking platform connecting patients with clinics and doctors
• A WhatsApp-based booking assistant for scheduling appointments
• A digital OPD management system for hospitals and clinics
• A doctor discovery and profile platform for patients

Medomeet is a technology platform, not a medical service provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. The information on this Platform is for appointment scheduling purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. If booking on behalf of a minor, you must be the parent or legal guardian and provide the required guardian information.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• One account per person; creating multiple accounts is not permitted

5. Appointments and Bookings

• Booking an appointment through Medomeet does not guarantee a consultation — it reserves your place in the queue or advance slot
• Clinics retain the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule appointments
• Please arrive before your scheduled appointment time
• Consultation fees, if any, are set and collected by the clinic directly
• Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual clinics

6. WhatsApp Services

When you use our WhatsApp booking service, you consent to receiving appointment-related messages from us. You may opt out at any time by sending “STOP”. We will not send unsolicited marketing messages. Our WhatsApp services are subject to WhatsApp’s Terms of Service.

7. For Clinics and Doctors

Clinics and healthcare providers accessing Medomeet’s OPD management system agree to:

• Use the Platform only for legitimate patient management purposes
• Maintain patient confidentiality as required by applicable law
• Ensure all staff members accessing the Platform are appropriately authorised
• Not use patient data obtained through the Platform for any purpose other than providing healthcare

8. Medical Disclaimer

The Platform does not provide medical advice. Content on this Platform, including doctor profiles, specialisations, and any AI-generated notes, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional for any medical condition.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are the property of Medomeet Healthtech Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s infrastructure

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medomeet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any medical consultation facilitated through it. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or if we have reasonable grounds to believe your use poses a risk to other users or the Platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kaithal, Haryana, India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating legal proceedings.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
